North American Distributor of LG HI-MACS
Forms Joint Venture with Korean Parent Company

PEORIA, AZ - (December 3, 2002) - The Premium Solid Source, LLC. (TPSS), the North American Master Distributor for Korean based LG HI-MACS, is pleased to announce they have formed a Joint Venture with manufacturer LGCAI, head-quartered in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. The Joint Venture, formed on November 1st, 2002, was established to further strengthen the position of the LG HI-MACS product within the US market; the common goal of both parties. The name of the new company resulting from the Joint Venture agreement is LG Solid Source, LLC (LGSS).
Throughout 2002, TPSS, has continued to make leaps and bounds within the solid surface market. More than doubling their sales from 2001, TPSS has proven itself to be a strong player in the surfacing industry. One of the many accomplishments the LG HI-MACS team has enjoyed in 2002 is the completion of their Nation-wide network of Distributors. The LG HI-MACS product is now available in all 50 states, Canada, and some parts of Mexico. The increased awareness of the product is due in large part to the strong Distribution Network assembled by President Jerry Dailey, Vice President Michael Borden, and National Sales Manager Mike Kelliher. In addition, LGSS has recently joined forces with Customer Integrated Solutions in a collaborative effort to continue to drive the brand in 2003. Through a focused marketing strategy, tradeshow participation, and an experienced sales force, the awareness of the LG HI-MACS product offering is at an all time high.
